Micaela Ramirez, Founder/President of the Poseiden Fund, Inc. attained a B.A. in Elementary and Spanish Education. In addition to being fully devoted to Poseiden Fund, Inc. she is currently pursing a Masters in Special Education (Moderate/Sever Disabilities) to further her passion for learning and helping others grow in this light. The Poseiden Foundation serves as positive outlet for local communities in both North County and abroad. She donates her time by sponsering skate clinics and gathering local professional athletes to demonstrate confidence and character-building, strengthening the values of skateboarding.
Micaela Ramirez has also teamed up with the Mountain Vista from Fort Huachucha, Military Base in Arizona to donate basic household neccesities such as: sinks, refrigerators, blankets, pillows to needy families in Sonora, Mexico.
As of right now Micaela has all proceeds in its entirety go directly to Poseiden Fund, Inc. to fund her various programs that gives back to the community.
Raymond Schmidt is a Financial Advisor and Owner of Green Room Financial, Oceanside, California. Schmidt will be serving on the Board of Directors as the Treasure. Schmidt is volunteering his time to the Poseiden Fund, Inc and is not paid.
Tarin Barnes is a Consultant and has held board positions with other local service and non-profit organizations. Barnes has helped these organizations gain success by holding fundraising benefits and events. She will be actively participating on the Board of Directors as the Secretary. Barnes is volunteering her time to the Poseiden Fund, Inc and is not paid.
Jen O’Brien has been a Professional Skateboarder for over 15 years and the Founder/Owner of Tru2Eve Skateboard Shoe Company and was the founding member of both ASEC and the Alliance. O’ Brien has been on the Board of Directors for USA Skateboarding for more than 2 years. O’Brien will be the Public Relations Director for the Poseiden Fund, Inc and is volunteering her time to the Poseiden Fund, Inc and is not paid.
